Precision Arch Curving
Passing straight profiled panels through hydraulic curving rolls to produce the exact predetermined arch radius.
Ground Assembly & Mechanical Pre-Seaming
Interlocking 3 to 5 curved panels on the ground using motorized seaming units into rigid panel modules.
Crane Hoisting & Tie-Beam Anchoring
Lifting assembled panel arches using mobile cranes and securing them to the perimeter tie-beams with engineered steel brackets.
Final Motorized Seaming & Quality Inspection
Running the motorized seaming machine continuously across all arch joints to ensure 100% leak-proof weather tightness followed by thorough handover inspection.
